Putin is not ready to stop this war. There are intelligence reports that he is preparing for mobilization. He wants to do it after the Duma elections on September 21. He wants to increase mobilization. Not openly, because he is afraid of his society, but he will do it in early October, if we do not create problems for him with logistics, weapons, gasoline, diesel and if our partners do not introduce total sanctions for his aggression. This will be a big problem, because he expects to mobilize from 300 to 500 thousand people. It is not so difficult for him to mobilize such a large number of people. He will have internal questions about this because his society - and I've seen polls - is against mobilisation. A significant percentage of the population also opposes the war, but they still support Putin. He will not be able to train these people quickly.
