In a statement posted on X, the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the country stands withSyriaduring this difficult time and extended its condolences to the families of the victims, while wishing those injured a speedy recovery.

Iraq Extends Condolences to Syria over Victims of Deir Ezzor–Damascus Road Accident

Iraq’s Foreign Ministry on Sunday expressed its condolences to the Syrian government and people following a deadly traffic accident on the Deir Ezzor–Damascus highway.

In a statement, the ministry reaffirmed Iraq’s solidarity with Syria, extended its sympathies to the victims’ families and wished those injured a speedy recovery.
