Russia wants to receive another 30,000 troops from North Korea: they have been preparing to receive them in the Voronezh region since June. North Korea is also preparing to hand over new ballistic missile launchers to Russia. This is a threat not only for Ukraine. Russia helps North Korea learn about war, it improves their weapons - it gives them experience in the real use of weapons.
