Amman, July 25 (SANA)–Jordan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairsand Expatriates expressed its condolences and sympathy to the Syrian Arab Republic over the victims of thetraffic accident on Damascus-Deir Ezzor roadwhich left dozens dead and injured.

Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ambassador Fouad al-Majalisaid in a statement posted by the ministry on X on Saturday that Jordan stands in full solidarity with theSyrian governmentand people in the wake of the tragedy.

He extended his sincere condolences to the families of the victims and wished a speedy recovery to those injured.

Earlier on Saturday, 35 people were killed and 30 others injured in a traffic accident on Damascus-Deir Ezzor road.
