OMSA habilita ruta gratuita para facilitar el traslado a los Juegos Centroamericanos y del Caribe Santo Domingo 2026
Santo Domingo.-The Metropolitan Bus Services Operator enabled the new route “Connection Service with the Parque del Este”, to facilitate the transfer of the population that will attend the Central American and Caribbean Games Santo Domingo 2026.
This route, which will operate free of charge during the celebration of this sporting event, from July 24 to August 8, connects with the Concepción Bona station of the Santo Domingo Metro, thus allowing easy transfers for users.
In addition, the transportation entity reiterated its commitment to the transportation of athletes, collaborators and volunteers, for which 400 buses have been arranged in coordination with the Student Transportation System (TRAE).
“The country's success in organizing these games depends on good transportation service,” stated the executive vice president of the OMSA, Onéximo González, while reminding the drivers that the commitment to providing good service is not only with President Luis Abinader, but with the Dominican Republic. “We cannot fail the country,” he said.
Likewise, he highlighted the conditioning process of the units that will be providing service, which will be constantly cleaned and sanitized with ozone, achieving disinfection of up to 99.9%.

De igual manera, resaltó el proceso deacondicionamiento de las unidadesque estarán prestando servicio, las cuales serán limpiadas constantemente ehigienizadas con ozono, logrando una desinfección de hasta un99.9 %.
