Four Palestinians killed, others injured by Israeli forces in West Bank
Occupied Jerusalem, July 24 (SANA)Four Palestinians were killed and others wounded on Friday by Israeli occupation forces during an Israeli military raid on the village of Tal, southwest of Nablus in theWest Bank,after settlers stormed the area.
The Palestinian news agency WAFA reported that settlers stormed the village under the protection of Israeli occupation forces and attacked several homes. When residents attempted to confront them, Israeli forces opened fire on thePalestinians.
The Palestinian Health Ministry said four Palestinians were killed and four others injured byIsraeli forces, including three who were in critical condition. The ministry added that 86 Palestinians have been killed since the beginning of this year, including 21 killed by settlers.
Separately, Israeli occupation forces arrested 11 Palestinians during raids on the towns of Salem and Beit Furik east of Nablus and the Harsh al-Saada area in Jenin. The forces also raided the towns of Biddu and Qatanna in occupied Jerusalem, using tear gas, while reinforcing their military presence in Tubas and searching dozens of homes.
On Thursday, two Palestinians, including a child, were killed by Israeli occupation forces in Beit Furik east of Nablus, while 22 Palestinians were arrested during raids in several areas across the West Bank.
