Behind the words "public sector" there are specific people: the nurse on the night shift, your child's teacher, the clerk at the counter. For years these people have worked with long-expired contracts, waiting for a renewal that arrived years late and increases that, in the meantime, had lost value. We have changed register: twenty contract renewals signed in Aran alone - in total there would be 48, including agreements - in four years, with average renewal times going from twenty to six months. Per anni queste persone hanno lavorato con contratti scaduti da tempo, aspettando un rinnovo che arrivava con anni di ritardo e aumenti che, nel frattempo, avevano perso valore. Abbiamo cambiato registro: venti rinnovi contrattuali firmati solo in Aran - in totale sarebbero 48, compresi anche gli accordi - in quattro anni, con tempi di rinnovo medi passati da venti a sei mesi.
