The business dialogue was attended by Muzaffarkhon Musayev, Deputy Chairman of the Small Business Association of Uzbekistan, Zafarbek Akhmedov, Consul General of Uzbekistan in Osh, Janarbek Akayev, Mayor of Osh, and representatives of government agencies, business associations, and the business communities of both countries.

Mr. Akhmedov noted that the strategic partnership and good-neighborly relations between Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan have been steadily developing in recent years, contributing to the expansion of trade and economic cooperation and interregional ties.

Mr. Musayev provided information on the reforms being implemented in Uzbekistan to support entrepreneurship, improve the investment climate, and increase export potential, calling on Kyrgyz entrepreneurs to actively participate in new projects in the country.

More than 200 Uzbek and Kyrgyz entrepreneurs participated in the B2B meetings. Negotiations covered construction materials, the food industry, agriculture, textiles, leather and footwear, furniture, chemicals and plastics, pharmaceuticals, electrical engineering, trade, import and export, logistics, tourism, and services.

During the event, several agreements were reached to expand product exports, develop import and export operations, and implement joint production and investment projects.
