Today, the new Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Mykhailo Drapaty, took up his duties - changes have already taken place. Together with Mykhailo and Yevgeny Khmara, they determined that Ihor Skybyuk will become the new chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine - the decision has already been made. The guys are combative, experienced. The troops know them - Scratchy, Cloud, Skybyuk. It was agreed that the modernization of the Defense Forces of Ukraine will be prepared. It is important that everything goes perfectly smoothly and that the Russians do not get a single loophole or opportunity. Russia should feel increasing pressure, increasing sanctions: these are our long-range sanctions, and middle strikes, and our strong positions at the front. All this will be provided. I would like to personally thank everyone in Ukraine today - all military personnel, all civilians - for trusting the new military command. It is important that such trust translates into greater motivation of our defenders, it is important that the boys are strong, justify the trust that society has now demonstrated. We provide all the tools.

Сьогодні новий Головнокомандувач Збройних Сил України Михайло Драпатий приступив до виконання обовʼязків – уже зміни відбулись. Разом з Михайлом та Євгенієм Хмарою визначили, що новим начальником Генерального штабу Збройних Сил України стане Ігор Скибюк – рішення теж уже є. Хлопці бойові, досвідчені. Війська їх знають – Драпатого, Хмару, Скибюка. Домовились, що модернізація Сил оборони України буде підготовлена. Важливо, щоб усе пройшло абсолютно злагоджено і щоб росіяни не отримали жодної шпаринки і можливості. Росія повинна відчувати зростання тиску, зростання санкцій: це і наші далекобійні санкції, і мідлстрайки, і наші сильні позиції на фронті. Все це буде забезпечено. Я хочу окремо подякувати сьогодні всім в Україні – усім військовим, усім цивільним – за довіру до нового військового командування. Важливо, щоб така довіра перейшла у більшу мотивацію наших захисників, важливо, щоб хлопці були сильними, виправдали ту довіру, яку суспільство зараз продемонструвало. Всі інструменти даємо.
