Pro Logistic Services has extensive capabilities to support this cooperation. The company ranks among Latvia’s 100 largest enterprises, operates a fleet of more than 4,000 railcars, and has direct official agreements with the national railway operators of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Turkmenistan, and Lithuania. These capabilities will serve as the foundation for organizing exports of Allied Biofuels’ products. With operations in Latvia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Lithuania, Poland, Estonia, Ukraine, Cyprus, and the United Arab Emirates, Pro Logistic Services covers the entire future SAF and e-SAF supply chain – from the production facility to the end customer.
Under the agreement, Pro Logistic Services will develop a comprehensive multimodal transportation system that includes rail transport, port handling, freight forwarding, and maritime delivery of products to end customers.
Shipments to the United Arab Emirates will be carried out in specialized rail tank cars from the Miskin railway station via the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route.
The agreement marks another milestone in the implementation of Allied Biofuels’ $6.08 billion project, which is being carried out with the support of a Presidential Decree of Uzbekistan. The project envisages establishing a production complex to manufacture SAF and e-SAF, developing renewable energy facilities with a total capacity of 4.45 GW, and supplying up to 117,000 tons of products annually under a memorandum of understanding with Uzbekistan Airports.
