Damascus, July 21 (SANA)President Ahmadal-Sharaareceived on Tuesday Bahrain’s Minister of Interior, General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah al Khalifa, and the accompanying delegation at the People’s Palace in Damascus, where the two sides discussed ways to strengthenbilateral relationsand expand security cooperation.

The meeting focused on enhancing bilateral ties, advancing security coordination, and broadening cooperation in ways that support security and stability, while also reinforcing the path of Arab openness and joint cooperation.

The meeting was attended by Interior Minister Anas Khattab, Minister of Emergency and Disaster Management Raed al-Saleh, and a number of officials.
