Keren Blakey and Mandy Pattinson have been appointed to the TVNZ Board, Media and Communications Minister Paul Goldsmith says.

“These appointments will strengthen the board's governance and bring valuable expertise as TVNZ continues to adapt to the challenges and opportunities of the current media landscape. I am confident their leadership will make a significant contribution to TVNZ’s future.

“Ms Blakey brings a wealth of experience and financial expertise to the role, with an extensive background in audit and risk, having been both a partner and chair for PricewaterhouseCoopers New Zealand. Her current governance roles include director and chair of the Audit and Risk Committee for Southern Cross Medical Care.

“Ms Pattinson brings over 20 years of executive experience in the media industry and a deep understanding of the sector’s complexities and challenges, including revenue generation. With a background in media law, she brings expertise in regulatory compliance and risk management.”
