According to Euromoney’s international experts, following its rebranding and business model transformation, the bank developed a new growth strategy to provide modern financial services to businesses and the public.

A major part of the transformation involved large-scale digitalization of banking services. The deployment of modern digital solutions such as the Biznes 24/7 platform has greatly enhanced remote banking options, expanded access to financial products, and improved customer service quality.
