Particular attention was paid to measures to support domestic exporters, reduce customs clearance times, and expedite the issuance of phytosanitary and quarantine documents. The parties also exchanged views on the registration of exporters and their inclusion in the relevant registers.

The participants examined in detail the practical issues arising in the supply of Uzbek products to the Chinese market and agreed to develop effective mechanisms to resolve them promptly.

The Uzbek side proposed establishing a regular exchange of information on quarantine requirements, phytosanitary control, food safety, export-import procedures, and non-tariff regulation. As noted, implementing this mechanism will strengthen practical cooperation, improve the effectiveness of resolving issues arising in export activities, and reduce the time and financial costs incurred by entrepreneurs.

The Chinese side supported the proposed initiative and expressed its readiness to develop cooperation.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to hold the next round of talks in an expanded format and to intensify practical cooperation.
