With more than 6 million monthly active users, a market-leading retail offering and a rapidly scaling business offering, this award further underscores TBC Uzbekistan’s rise since launching in the country just six years ago, growing to become not just a national leader but a regional powerhouse shaping the future of finance acrossCentral Asia.

The Award recognized TBC Uzbekistan’s diversified and expanding product portfolio, which includes a range of daily banking and lending products, payments, BNPL, insurance, travel and ticketing, as well as TBC Business – the country’s first fully digital banking and lending solution for MSMEs, and BILLZ, Uzbekistan’s leading retail management SaaS platform.

TBC Uzbekistan’s pioneering AI strategy was also a key distinguishing feature, with AI Assistant Lola set to play a crucial role in the build-out of a two-sided ecosystem that not only serves both customers and businesses but also actively connects them to generate more activity within the ecosystem. Lola is underpinned by TBC Uzbekistan’s development of its own proprietary Speech Tech and Uzbek-language LLMs, which have also been rolled out across a variety of other use cases, such as customer support, sales and collections.
