Amman, July 17 (SANA)Syrian judoka Esraa Ajina won thesilver medalin the 40kg category at theAsian Judo Championshipheld in Jordan’s capital,Amman.

Ajina secured second place after a strong final bout against an Uzbek judoka.

She advanced to the final after overcoming her opponents in the preliminary rounds.

Ajina is among Syria’s promising judo athletes, having demonstrated strong technical skills and competitive ability throughout the tournament.
