Homs, July 16 (SANA)– Justice Minister,Mazhar al-Wais,visited Homs province on Thursday, where he toured the city’s Palace of Justice to review judicial operations, assess the needs of court users and hear their observations as part of efforts to improve the performance of Syria’s judicial system.

Al-Wais also inaugurated the newRastan Judicial Complex, describing the project as a step toward strengthening access to justice and reinforcing the rule of law in cooperation with Homs governorate and the local community.

“The consolidation of justice and the rule of law is a fundamental pillar in building the nation and enhancing its stability,” the minister said.

He added that improving the quality of judicial services and making them more accessible to citizens was “no longer an option, but a national responsibility” that the ministry is pursuing across all Syrian provinces.
