In the year of the Revival of the new epoch of a stable state, "Independent, eternally neutral Turkmenistan is the place of a proud and successful horse heritage", based on the experience of our forefathers in managing the country, implementing historical works on the development of national democratic principles, based on statehood, legality, continuing the path of our glorious ancestors, following their wise wills, ensuring the wide participation of our people's representatives in solving important issues of state and social life, the unity and stability of the society. In order to creatively improve the achievements made in strengthening, to organize the meeting of the high representative body representing the interests of the people of Turkmenistan - the People's Council of Turkmenistan, the Presidium of the People's Council of Turkmenistan decides: 1. The regular meeting of the People's Council of Turkmenistan should be called on September 23, 2026 and held at the Council Palace in Ashgabat. 2. People's councils of provinces and the city of Ashgabat on convening and organizing a meeting of the People's Council of Turkmenistan, approved by the Decision of the Presidium of the People's Council of Turkmenistan, and in accordance with the procedure for presenting public representatives proposed by the people's councils of provinces and Ashgabat to the People's Council of Turkmenistan, the lists of public representatives of provinces, Ashgabat and Arkadag as part of the People's Council of Turkmenistan must be submitted to the Council of the People's Council of Turkmenistan by September 1, 2026.
