I am glad to welcome the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, to Kyiv. Today, on the Day of Ukrainian Statehood, we quite rightly pay a lot of attention to our relations with the European Union. We are working to open clusters in the negotiations on Ukraine's accession. Now we are very much expecting that the next package of European sanctions will start to work - already the 21st package. We have done a lot to integrate our defense capabilities and production with European ones. Today there is also the first document on the basis of the Drone Deal - a major defense agreement between Ukraine and the European Union. This is truly a historic step in our relations. We continue to expect financial support from the EU for our anti-ballistic program. We discussed today what we need to do together with the European Union in preparation for winter: energy is an unchanging priority. Thank you Ursula! Thanks to all our friends in Europe!
