Vladimir Putin held a meeting with Norilsk Nickel CEO Vladimir Potanin The executive briefed the President on the company's efforts to develop proprietary software and  implement artificial intelligence technologies. In addition, he outlined plans to automate production through robotics and develop palladium-based materials with advanced properties. The company's social policies were discussed as well.
