Fifteenth of July. Ukraine celebrates Statehood Day. We are proud of the fact that we are the heirs of Kyivan Rus, the Cossack state and have a thousand-year experience of state-building. A thousand-year experience of courage, the desire to live in freedom, independently and independently, to follow only our own path and be who we are, to be Ukraine. And we are proud of what everyone sees all the time of the full-scale war: this is the thousand-year-old character of Ukraine. Ukraine respects its history, remembers every joy and every pain that our people had to go through. But we don't live looking back. Not focused only on the story that was. We are working on the future history of Ukraine. Over the state that can. Over the independence that will be guaranteed. П’ятнадцяте липня. Україна відзначає День Державності. Пишаємось тим, що ми спадкоємці Київської Русі, Козацької держави і маємо тисячолітній досвід державотворення. Тисячолітній досвід сміливості, бажання жити у свободі, самостійно і незалежно, йти лише своїм шляхом і бути тими, ким ми є, – бути Україною. І пишаємось тим, що бачать усі весь час повномасштабної війни: це тисячолітній характер України. Україна поважає свою історію, пам’ятає кожну радість і кожен біль, через який довелося пройти нашому народу. Але ми не живемо, постійно озираючись назад. Не сфокусовані лише на історії, яка була. Ми працюємо над історією України, яка буде. Над державою, яка зможе. Над незалежністю, яка буде гарантована. З виступу з нагоди Дня Української Державності – Дня хрещення Київської Русі – України.
