We are expanding the scope and budget of the Investment Commitment Advance Loan Program. We are increasing the program budget to 750 billion lira for this new application, the criteria of which will be announced by our Ministry of Industry and Technology. We strengthen our industrialists' access to financing with favorable conditions, not only for their new investments but also for working capital. With the new financing program we have implemented, we are offering a 250 billion lira loan package with favorable conditions to the manufacturing industry. As the government, we also cover the 12 point cost of loans from program partner banks that are more attractive than market conditions, with a 6-month principal payment grace period and a maturity of up to 36 months. Thanks to these two programs, we are paving the way for a total of 1 trillion lira of loans with favorable conditions for the manufacturing industry. Yatırım Taahhütlü Avans Kredisi Programı’nın kapsamını ve bütçesini genişletiyoruz. Kriterleri Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığımız tarafından ilan edilecek bu yeni uygulama için program bütçesini 750 milyar liraya çıkarıyoruz. Sanayicilerimizin sadece yeni yatırımları için değil, işletme sermayesi noktasında da uygun koşullu finansmana erişim imkânını güçlendiriyoruz. Hayata geçirdiğimiz yeni finansman programı ile 250 milyar liralık uygun koşullu bir kredi paketini daha imalat sanayisinin istifadesine sunuyoruz. Program paydaşı bankalardan piyasa koşullarından daha cazip olan, 6 ay ana para ödemesiz, 36 aya kadar vadeli kredilerin 12 puanlık maliyetini de hükûmet olarak biz karşılıyoruz. Bu iki program sayesinde imalat sanayisi için toplam 1 trilyon liralık uygun koşullu kredinin önünü açmış oluyoruz. Sanayi sektörümüze ve ülkemize hayırlı olsun.
