Aleppo, July 13 (SANA)Homs Al-Fidaa opened itsSyrian Men’s Basketball LeagueFinal Four campaign with an 88-74 victory over host Al-Ahli Aleppo on Sunday at Al-Shahba Hall in Aleppo.

The visitors held a narrow advantage throughout much of the game and took a 46-41 lead into halftime before pulling away in the second half.

Al-Ahli Aleppoattempted to reduce the deficit in the third and fourth quarters, butHoms Al-Fidaamaintained its momentum and sealed a 14-point win, 88-74.

The victory gives Homs Al-Fidaa an early advantage in the Final Four series.
