Accompanying HM Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Ibrahim in the official welcome ceremony for the state guest of the President of Singapore, Tharman Shanmugaratnam at Istana Negara. I then joined His Majesty in a meeting with President Tharman and the Singaporean delegation, before His Majesty celebrated the delegation in the National Banquet.
