His Highness the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani participated in the funeral ceremony of the body of the late, God willing, His Highness the Father Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, may God have mercy on him, in the Lusail Cemetery today.

Also participating in the funeral ceremony were His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani, the Deputy Emir, His Excellency Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Thani, His Highness Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Personal Representative of the Emir, His Excellency Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Khalifa Al Thani, His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Khalifa Al Thani, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Thani, His Excellency Sheikh Jassim bin Khalifa Al Thani, and His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al. The Second Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, His Excellency Mr. Hassan bin Abdullah Al-Ghanim, Speaker of the Shura Council, Their Excellencies Anjal, the late Father Emir, Their Excellencies Sheikhs, ministers, senior officials, notables of the country, and masses of citizens, praying to God Almighty to cover him with His vast mercy and dwell him in His spacious Paradise.
