There have just been detailed reports on the situation in the city of Vyshneve - after an explosion in warehouses and a fire caused by the impact of Russian missiles. The Security Service of Ukraine and the Prosecutor General's Office are investigating all the circumstances of the tragedy as part of the criminal proceedings. Today, Major General of the SBU Poklad reported the first results: who and in which positions in Ukroboronprom admitted, unfortunately, that the warehouses with weapons were in Vyshnevo. The direct prohibition of this - both by the law and by the decision of the Stavka - all this was violated. Specific officials are known, and the position of the state is that each of them should be brought to justice. We all understand what wartime is like, and every leader must feel that people's lives depend on his decisions or inaction. The managers of two state-owned enterprises acted contrary to the law, contrary to the decision of the Stavka and the job instructions. The investigation is examining the activities of deputy managers who were responsible for security. There are also other officials whose actions and decisions will also be analyzed. The Security Service of Ukraine, together with other law enforcement officers, must check other similar enterprises, and each enterprise manager at his level must ensure that such tragedies do not happen again. There are proper places in Ukraine to store weapons and ammunition - all this is determined so that there are no residential buildings nearby. And the restoration of the destroyed should happen faster, this applies not only to Vishnevo. Of course, a lot depends on the quality of work in the communities and work in the regions, but there is also room for improvement at the government level. Decisions will be made soon. Today they also talked in great detail about the future of Ukroboronprom. The structure is large, it includes dozens of enterprises, one of which placed the warehouse in Vishnevo. Of course, internal processes in the structure of Ukroboronprom regarding control over the activities of enterprises and directors should be stronger.

Сьогодні генерал-майор СБУ Поклад доповів перші результати: хто і на яких посадах в Укроборонпромі допустив, на жаль, що склади зі зброєю були у Вишневому.
