Eleven people were injured in Kyiv during a nighttime Russian attack, including a child. Even before the announcement of the air alert, there were hits on civilian infrastructure. Operational services are working on the ground: residential buildings, offices, theological seminary were damaged in the capital. The liquidation of the consequences of shelling continues in Odesa, Sumy, Kharkiv and Chernihiv regions. Russia used more than 120 drones and 12 missiles, half of them ballistic. Our defenders managed to knock down most of the targets, but not the ballistics. We expect our partners to fulfill their promises regarding support packages for the protection of our people, which were agreed upon during the NATO meeting. It is necessary to move as quickly as possible on the agreements regarding the licenses for "patriots" and the joint European anti-ballistics project. Now the number one task for all our institutions is to ensure this.
