The President announced that the legislation on the use of digital platforms and Artificial Intelligence tools will be analyzed. He explained that one of the main topics will be the protection of girls, boys and adolescents, because excessive use of screens can generate addiction. The debate will include both the responsibility of the platforms and the challenges associated with the development and use of AI.

La Presidenta anunció que se analizará la legislación sobre el uso de plataformas digitales y herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial. Explicó que uno de los principales temas será la protección de niñas, niños y adolescentes, debido a que el uso excesivo de pantallas puede generar adicción. El debate incluirá tanto la responsabilidad de las plataformas como los retos asociados al desarrollo y uso de la IA.
