Damascus, July 9 (SANA)– The Syrian Arab Republic strongly condemned the renewedIranian attackson theKingdom of Bahrain, theHashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and theState of Kuwait, considering them an unacceptable violation of states’ sovereignty and a clear breach of the principles of international law and the United Nations Charter.

In a statement issued on Thursday, theMinistry of Foreign Affairsand Expatriates affirmed Syria’s full solidarity with Bahrain, Jordan, and Kuwait, and its support for all measures adopted to safeguard their security, sovereignty, and territorial integrity.

Earlier on Thursday, the three countries were targeted by Iranian attacks involving missiles and drones, amid international warnings over the impact of the escalation on regional security and stability, as well as ongoing diplomatic efforts.
