Gobierno amplía el acceso a la vivienda digna en La Colmena
The activity brought together national, departmental and municipal authorities. The project required an investment of Gs. 2,478,419,970, executed entirely with Paraguayan materials and local labor, contributing not only to access to decent housing, but also to the generation of employment and the strengthening of the local economy.
More homes, more opportunities
The President maintained that the development of communities must be accompanied by investments and job creation, so that families can build their life project without the need to migrate in search of opportunities.
Advancement of housing policy
For his part, Minister Juan Carlos Baruja pointed out that this delivery corresponds to the second stage of the housing project developed in La Colmena, where during the current administration more than 100 homes have been built.
He also highlighted that 13 of the 18 districts of the department of Paraguaríya have housing projects executed during this Government and announced that the housing policy will soon reach three other districts, expanding its coverage in the department.
With this delivery, the administration of President Santiago Peña and Vice President Pedro Alliana reaches 44,446 housing solutions managed and 32,130 homes delivered throughout the country, consolidating a public policy aimed at expanding access to decent housing, strengthening roots and improving the quality of life of thousands of Paraguayan families.
