Ankara, July 8 (SANA)President Ahmadal-Sharaamet with US President Donald Trump on Wednesday at the venue of the NATO Summit in the Turkish capital, Ankara.

The two leaders discussed Syrian-American relations and ways to strengthen them, in addition to reviewing regional developments.

They also stressed the importance of continued coordination on issues of mutual interest in a way that supports Syria’s unity and territorial integrity, and promotes security and stability across the region.

President al-Sharaa arrived at the Turkish capital earlier Wednesday, coinciding with the second day of the 36th NATO Summit.
