On behalf of the people of Cuba, I thank the 136 nations of the world that voted in favor of bringing the Genocide Blockade against an entire nation, and the threats of military aggression, to debate in the UN General Assembly. Each vote shows a sense of justice and courage, overcoming strong pressure from previous days, and the blatant lies of the US delegate to sabotage it.

En nombre del pueblo de Cuba, agradezco a las 136 naciones del mundo que votaron en favor de llevar a debate de la Asamblea General de la ONU el Bloqueo Genocida contra toda una nación, y las amenazas de agresión militar.
