Officials from public authorities, members of Parliament, international groups, the diplomatic corps, media outlets, and civil society organizations participated in the event.

Odiljon Tojiyev, Chairman of the Board of the National Media Association of Uzbekistan, announced ongoing reforms aimed at developing the media sector, supporting journalists, boosting the competitiveness of domestic media, and establishing a modern information environment.

Following the discussions, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed to expand international cooperation in the media sphere, share experiences, and implement joint projects.

As part of the forum’s program, the organization’s priority areas of activity and new initiatives aimed at developing the sphere were also discussed at the next general meeting of the Uzbekistan National Media Association. New members of the association were awarded certificates.
