Gaza, July 5 (SANA)Two Palestinians were killed and several others injured in separate Israeli strikes on theGaza Stripon Saturday evening, according toPalestinianmedical sources cited by the WAFA news agency.

WAFA reported that one person was killed in an Israeli drone strike near the Asqoula junction, east of Gaza City.

In a separate strike near the Abu Sharkh roundabout, west of the Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza, another Palestinian was killed and several others were wounded, some critically, the sources said.

Earlier on Saturday,the Palestinian Health Ministrysaid the death toll from the Israeli military campaign in the Gaza Strip since Oct. 7, 2023, had risen to 73,090, while 173,553 people had been injured.
