In Odesa, he met with graduates and cadets of the Institute of Military and Naval Forces. They talked about the experience of our Navy, the development of the modern fleet and naval drones. Today he signed a decree on the creation of a modern Naval Academy in Odessa. It should become a place with modern approaches to training, the already existing experience of our army and a strong material and military base. He also spoke about the creation of the Ukrainian National Pantheon. I am convinced that it will definitely include all important historical figures, including those involved in the creation of the Ukrainian Naval Forces.
