Gobierno entregó 139 nuevas viviendas a familias de Itá, Villeta y San Lorenzo
The homes were built through the National Social Housing Fund (FONAVIS), executed through the Itaipú Technology Park (PTI). Of the total delivered, 65 homes correspond to the Don Merenciano García Development Commission, in Itá; 32 homes to the Don Bosco Social Territory Commission and 21 homes to the Sol Naciente project, both in Villeta; while 21 homes were allocated to the Ikatupa Neighborhood Commission, from the Lote Guazú neighborhood, in San Lorenzo.
During his speech, the President highlighted that access to housing constitutes one of the main tools to transform the quality of life of families, by providing security, stability and better conditions for the development of children.
The president recalled that, in just over two years of administration, the same number of homes delivered had already been reached during the previous five years, although he stressed that the challenge continues because there are still thousands of families waiting to access their own home. "Housing is the possibility for a child to grow up safely," he expressed, reaffirming the Government's commitment to continue expanding housing solutions throughout the country.
Likewise, he pointed out that the Central department concentrates an important part of the investments promoted by the Government, with projects in housing, health, infrastructure and education. In this context, he mentioned the construction of the New National Hospital of Itauguá, in addition to other works aimed at strengthening public services and improving the quality of life of Central residents.
These deliveries are part of the housing policy promoted by the Government of Paraguay, which already registers 44,446 housing solutions managed and 32,107 homes delivered throughout the country, consolidating access to housing as one of the priority axes of management.

Asimismo, señaló que el departamento Central concentra una parte importante de las inversiones impulsadas por el Gobierno, con proyectos en materia de vivienda, salud, infraestructura y educación. En ese contexto, mencionó la construcción delNuevo Hospital Nacional de Itauguá, además de otras obras destinadas a fortalecer los servicios públicos y mejorar la calidad de vida de los centralinos. Estas entregas forman parte de la política habitacional impulsada por el Gobierno del Paraguay, que ya registra44.446 soluciones habitacionales gestionadasy32.107 viviendas entregadasen todo el país, consolidando el acceso a la vivienda como uno de los ejes prioritarios de la gestión.
