Paris, July 3 (SANA)Francestrongly condemned Friday the terrorist bombing that targeted a café near the Palace of Justice inDamascus, expressing solidarity with the victims and reaffirming its support for Syria’s efforts to combat terrorism and promote stability.

In a statement,French Foreign Ministryspokesperson Pascal Confavreux extended France’s condolences to the families of the victims and the Syrian authorities, and wished a speedy recovery to those injured.

“France extends its condolences to the families of the victims and to the Syrian authorities, and wishes the injured a swift recovery,” the spokesperson said, calling for a full investigation into the attack.

The spokesperson reiterated France’s support for Syria in combating terrorism and in its efforts to achieve stability.
