Today we have seen the rapid construction progress of the prestressed road project. The 29 km project comprising 22 km Kano-Jancha road and 7 km Ezo-Gircha branch road is progressing well, 13.3 km work has been completed. When the road is fully completed, it will further strengthen community ties, streamline trade and travel, and accelerate local economic development. ‎ During this visit, we visited the restored Dorze Lodge tourism destination, which has been under strong leadership of the community since 1997. On an area of ​​40,000 square meters, this wonderful place, resting on a cold and chained mountain range, offers a beautiful view that clearly shows the Abaya and Chamo lakes as well as the natural wonder known as the "Egzer Bridge". ‎ The development of road infrastructure alongside tourist destinations such as Dorze Lodge will help the area to fully utilize its enormous economic and cultural potential. Therefore, I call on Ethiopians living in the country and abroad, members of the diaspora, as well as visitors from all over the world to visit this amazing natural beauty and rich cultural heritage and become a sharer of the story.
