Presidente Abinader inaugurará nueve obras en Montecristi, Dajabón y Santiago Rodríguez este fin de semana
Santo Domingo.-President Luis Abinader will develop this weekend a broad work agenda in the provinces of Montecristi, Dajabón and Santiago Rodríguez, where he will lead nine inaugurations of road infrastructure, health, education and sports works, in addition to carrying out other activities aimed at strengthening public services and the development of the Northwest Line.
The president's Saturday agenda in Montecristi includes the delivery of property titles, the implementation of the 9-1-1 System, the inauguration of the Palo Verde-Laguna Verde and Hatillo Palma-Derramadero-Agua de Luis highways, the Guayubín Municipal Hospital, the sports roof of the Luis José Antonio Educational Center and he will hold meetings with students.
Sunday's agenda includes the inauguration of the Cruce La Lana-Manuel Bueno-El Aguacate highway in Dajabón and Santiago Rodríguez, the inauguration of a softball field, the new UASD campus and the Sabaneta-Cruce Los Quemados highway. He will also meet with ranchers from the Northwest Line.
The president's Saturday agenda will begin in Manzanillo with the delivery of property titles to families in that community.
Subsequently, the president will put into operation the National 9-1-1 Emergency and Security Assistance System, with the aim of strengthening the rapid response to emergency situations and improving the coordination of security and assistance agencies throughout the country.
As part of his agenda in Montecristi, President Abinader will inaugurate the Palo Verde-Laguna Verde highway, a work that will improve connectivity and facilitate the movement of residents, producers and visitors to that area.
Later, the president will leave the Guayubín Municipal Hospital in operation to strengthen medical care and expand access to health services for thousands of inhabitants of the municipality and nearby communities.
The day will also include the inauguration of the municipal roof of the Luis José Antonio Educational Center, an infrastructure that will serve to carry out sports, recreational, cultural and educational activities.
Saturday's tour will conclude with the inauguration of the Hatillo Palma-Derramadero-Agua de Luis highway, a road that will contribute to improving the mobility and economic development of the benefited communities.
The agenda will continue on Sunday in the Manuel Bueno municipal district, Dajabón province, with the inauguration of the reconstruction of the Cruce La Lana-Manuel Bueno-El Aguacate highway.
Later, the governor will move to the Villa Los Almácigos municipal district, in Santiago Rodríguez, where he will inaugurate the El Fundo softball field, a work that will strengthen sports practice and provide an adequate space for community recreation.
In Sabaneta he will lead the inauguration of the new campus of the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD) and will hold a meeting with the Federation of Livestock Farmers of the Northwest Line.
The president's tour will conclude with the inauguration of the rehabilitation of the Sabaneta-Cruce Los Quemados highway, a work that will contribute to improving the connectivity and development of that province.
