Saudi Arabia, Libya and Palestine condemn Damascus café terrorist bombing

Damascus, July 3 (SANA)Saudi Arabia, Libya and the State of Palestine on Friday condemned the terrorist bombing that targeted a café near the Palace of Justice in Damascus, reaffirming their solidarity with Syria and expressing condolences to the victims’ families.

Saudi Arabia‘s Foreign Ministry, in a statement carried by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), condemned the attack and reaffirmed the Kingdom’s solidarity with Syria against all forms of violence, extremism and terrorism.

The ministry extended its condolences to the families of the victims and to the Syrian government and people, wishing a speedy recovery to those injured.

Libya‘s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation also strongly condemned the bombing, describing it as a terrorist act that claimed the lives of innocent civilians.

The ministry expressed its condolences to the victims’ families and reaffirmed Libya’s firm rejection of terrorism, violence and extremism in all their forms. It called for greater regional and international cooperation to combat terrorism and cut off its sources of support, while reiterating Libya’s full solidarity with Syria.

The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates likewise condemned the attack, expressing Palestine’s full solidarity with Syria, its government and people.

The ministry reaffirmed Palestine’s support for Syria’s security, stability, sovereignty and territorial integrity.

The terrorist bombing, which targeted a café inDamascuson Thursday, killed nine civilians and injured 20 others, prompting widespread Arab and international condemnation.
