El Inapa inicia ampliación de las redes de distribución del acueducto múltiple de Baní
Peravia.- The director of the National Institute of Drinking Water and Sewage (Inapa), Wellington Arnaud, gave the first order for the expansion of the distribution networks of the Baní multiple aqueduct, Peravia province, providing a solution to an old complaint of the community.
The official thanked President Luis Abinader for providing the necessary resources for this type of works that contribute to improving people's quality of life.
"These are the works that change lives. Making these investments demonstrates the commitment to the well-being of our people," he expressed.
The estimated budget for the project is RD 75,565,656.95, and will benefit more than 2,876 inhabitants.
The works include a pumping station properly equipped with a centrifugal electric pump and electric motor, drive pipe, storage, distribution network and placement of approximately 500 urban connection units.
Governor Angela Yadira Báez participated in the activity; Senator Julito Fulcar; the deputies Luis Báez and Willy Sánchez, the mayor of the municipality of Baní, Santos Ramírez, among other authorities.
