Liquidation of the consequences of the Russian attack continues in Kyiv: rescuers are sorting through rubble, looking for people, and providing assistance. Damage was recorded in more than 20 locations in the city, and mostly these are ordinary residential buildings. An ambulance station, a scientific institute, a hotel, and businesses were also destroyed. As of now, it is known that 13 people, unfortunately, died as a result of this Russian attack. My condolences to family and friends. More than 90 people were injured. Everyone who needs it is given all the help they need. Five victims were in Kharkiv region, including a child, and two were in Kyiv region, where civil infrastructure was also hit. There were Russians that night in Sumy Oblast, Dnipro Oblast, Zaporozhye and Cherkasy. In total, this night, Russia launched more than 70 missiles of various types, almost half of them ballistic, and almost 500 attack drones, including rocket-propelled grenades, over Ukraine. The main blow was aimed at Kyiv. Our defenders of the sky managed to shoot down a significant number of means of attack, but not all. The supply of air defense for Ukraine is an absolutely primary and critical issue. It is important that there are contributions to the PURL program: this is something that works directly to save people. Each of our bilateral agreements with partners on air defense really helps. Thanks to all the leaders who help. And it is especially important that we move towards the implementation of our agreements on the production of anti-ballistics. We are also very much counting on the decision of the United States regarding the licenses for "patriots" and other joint work: this is what can stop the war and similar strikes.
