I thank all European leaders for the opening of the first negotiating cluster within the framework of the negotiations on Ukraine's accession to the European Union. And this was an important decision during the presidency of Cyprus. Now we must move forward without wasting time. We can open five more clusters in the near future and continue negotiations on a practical level. Of course, the most important political decisions are still ahead, but such steps as the opening of new clusters strengthen the motivation of our people, raise the morale of Ukrainians and demonstrate that the European Union keeps its promises.
