Prime Minister Ali Faleh Al-Zaidi received today, Wednesday, the Kurdistan Regional Government’s Minister of Martyrs and Anfal Affairs, Abdullah Al-Haj Mahmoud, in the presence of the President of the Foundation of Political Prisoners, Walid Abdul Hassan Al-Sahlani, to discuss a number of issues related to the victims of the dictatorial regime and the rights of their families. The meeting emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation and coordination between the Federal Government and the Kurdistan Regional Government on matters concerning martyrs, victims of the Anfal campaign, and political prisoners, in a manner that ensures justice for these groups, safeguards their rights, and provides continued support for their families.
