Prime Minister Ali Faleh Al-Zaidi received today, Wednesday, the Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to Iraq, Anıl Bora İnan, along with representatives of a number of Turkish companies and business leaders participating in the Iraqi-Turkish Business Council. The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of the economic and investment relationship between Iraq and Türkiye, noting the broad range of investment opportunities available to Turkish companies. He highlighted the Development Road Project, the Grand Faw Port Project, the management and operation of hospitals and airports, as well as energy and water management projects. Prime Minister Al-Zaidi directed the relevant authorities to facilitate visa procedures for Turkish business leaders and to introduce additional measures that would help sustain the momentum of investment activity in Iraq. For his part, Ambassador İnan reaffirmed his government’s commitment to strengthening bilateral relations between the two friendly countries across various fields.
