Pavel Palisa's report based on the results of communication with the commanders of combat brigades. First, the direct funding program for units is working well. We will scale this program. Starting next month, the amount of funding for each battalion that performs combat missions will increase. Since last year, when such funding started, it has already allowed the brigades to accelerate the purchase of drones and other necessary means. Now there will be more funds for each combat battalion, and in addition, separate funding will work for artillery units that operate in the combat zone, as well as for corps-level units that perform combat tasks. The decision of the Stavka in this regard is already in place, and in July our divisions will receive additional resources. Second: the program of guaranteed monthly distribution of personnel for combat brigades is also proving its effectiveness. The program has been in effect since December 2025 and has now reached a stable reinforcement of brigades. This means more predictability for commanders in management and significantly more opportunities for units in the independent organization of personnel training. Third: Pavlo Palisa also reported on communication with partners regarding separate agreements on strengthening air defense. There are things we can do more in cooperation at the level between the United States and European countries. It is important that Ukrainian diplomats ensure one hundred percent the necessary communication between the military of the respective states.
