JEDDAH, Saudi Arabia, June 29 (SANA)– Syrian Minister of Agriculture Basil al-Suwaidan met with Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture Abdulrahman bin Abdulmohsen Al-Fadley in Jeddah on the sidelines of the Saudi Water Week conference.

The two ministers discussed ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation betweenSyria and Saudi Arabiain areas of mutual interest, particularly the agricultural sector and water sustainability.

They exchanged views on developing joint cooperation in a manner that serves the shared interests of the two brotherly countries.
