Today we commemorate 34 years since the swearing in of our National Constitution of 1992, the fundamental pact made possible the first truly democratic era in its history, with full enjoyment of the fundamental freedoms and rights of all Paraguayans.
A regime based on the ideas of the republic, democracy and human rights has given Paraguay years of unusual economic growth and social inclusion.
Let us celebrate today with joy that we Paraguayans have achieved all this with one of the most guaranteeing and pluralistic Constitutions in the hemisphere, and let us continue building together a stronger, fairer and more sovereign country, under the protection of our Supreme Law. 🇵🇾

Hoy conmemoramos 34 años de la jura de nuestra Constitución Nacional de 1992, el pacto fundamental posibilitó la primera época verdaderamente democrática de su historia, con goce pleno de las libertades y derechos fundamentales de todos los paraguayos. Un régimen basado en las ideas de la república, democracia y derechos humanos ha dado al Paraguay años de inusitado crecimiento económico e inclusión social. Celebremos hoy con alegría que hemos alcanzado todo esto los paraguayos con una de las Constituciones más garantistas y pluralistas del hemisferio, y sigamos construyendo juntos un país más fuerte, justo y soberano, bajo el amparo de nuestra Ley Suprema. 🇵🇾
