At the ASEAN-Russia Commemorative Summit in Kazan, we took stock of achievements over the last 35 years, and the plans for future cooperation. Singapore welcomes Russia’s support of ASEAN Centrality and its active engagement of the region. There is potential to do more in areas of shared interest, from disaster management and combatting illicit drugs to people-to-people exchanges.
