Presidente Abinader promulga Ley 30-26, sobre medidas pro crecimiento económico y mitigación de la crisis internacional
Santo Domingo.-President Luis Abinader promulgated this Thursday Law 30-26, on measures for economic growth and mitigation of the international crisis, after being approved in the National Congress.
It pursues the promotion of sustainable development, general well-being and the strengthening of the conditions that allow the economic and social growth of the nation.
Likewise, it seeks to strengthen the responsible management of public resources and tax compliance based on the principles of equity, progressivity and ability to pay.
The importance of preserving fiscal and economic stability is also highlighted to maintain confidence in institutions and job creation.
This, in the face of an international context marked by economic and financial uncertainty, which is why “it is necessary to adopt measures aimed at strengthening fiscal discipline, the sustainability of public finances and predictability in economic management, in order to strengthen the capacity of the State to respond in an efficient and timely manner to the changes and challenges of the national and international economic environment.”

Esto, ante un contexto internacional marcado por laincertidumbre económica y financiera,por lo que “resulta necesario adoptar medidas orientadas a fortalecer la disciplina fiscal, la sostenibilidad de las finanzas públicas y la previsibilidad en la gestión económica, a fin de robustecer la capacidad del Estado para responder de manera eficiente y oportuna a los cambios y desafíos del entorno económico nacional e internacional”.
